1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so it can recognise your browser, remember your choices and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags; this policy calls all of them "cookies". This policy is issued by Altercorn Group s.r.o. 2. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies make the website work: they keep you signed in, protect forms against misuse, and remember the cookie choices you have made. These cannot be switched off.
- Preference cookies remember settings such as your language or whether you dismissed a notice.
- Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages visitors view, how long they stay and where they came from, so we can improve the site. We set these only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- Marketing cookies would allow us to measure whether an advertising campaign brought you to the site. We set these only if you accept them, and we never use them to show advertising inside the apps or to children.

4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use on the website, such as our analytics provider, our map provider (when a map is embedded) and our payment partner (during checkout). These providers may use the information they collect in accordance with their own privacy policies. We choose providers that commit to using website data only to provide their service to us, and we do not allow third parties to sell data collected on our site.
5. Cookies and the apps
The mspy.live Parent App and Family Member App do not use browser cookies. They store a secure sign-in token and your settings on the device, and send the technical information described in our Privacy Policy. The apps contain no advertising and no advertising trackers.
6. Managing your choices
- Cookie banner. When you first visit, you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
- Browser settings. Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as signing in, from working.
- Provider opt-outs. Analytics and advertising providers usually offer their own opt-out tools; we link to them in the cookie banner.
7. Do Not Track
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies for that visit.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use on the website. The latest version is always available here, with its effective date at the top. If a change means we would set new non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
